Projects
EOCA supports and funds grassroots conservation, protection and regeneration projects around the world, protecting the wild places and wildlife we all care so much about.
Projects are varied in location and conservation focus and have included cleaning plastic pollution from environments with paddle boarders, hikers, surfers and skiers; restoring, replanting and protecting forests in Scotland, Sweden, Indonesia; conserving the habitats of bears in Italy and Spain, red squirrels in the UK, orangutans in Borneo and elephants in Thailand; and establishing biking routes to enhance protection of landscapes through ecotourism in Romania and South Africa.
Membership
Join over 150 EOCA members from the outdoor industry, working together to support and fund conservation projects that tackle the loss of biodiversity and mitigate against climate change.
EOCA, and its membership, is unique as it provides companies from an entire industry the opportunity to work together, impact change and give back to nature.
“The association’s main goal is not only to make a difference by raising funds to put something back into the environment, but also to inform and educate all those who use the outdoors as their playground.”
Project Funding
EOCA and its members fund and support a growing number of much needed conservation, protection and regeneration projects around the world.
Projects mitigate against climate change and tackle the loss of biodiversity, in addition to having a link to the outdoor enthusiast, leaving a positive legacy and must be beneficial to local communities within these landscapes.
The next funding round for applications is 1–30 November, 2024. Find out more.
