There is an immediate urgency and increasing awareness of the threat our world is facing from the effects of climate change and loss of biodiversity. Both are intrinsically linked and significantly impact wildlife, nature, people and the future of our planet.
Together, EOCA and its members fund and support a growing number of much needed conservation, protection and regeneration projects around the world. Each project mitigates against climate change and tackles the loss of biodiversity, in addition to having a link to the outdoor enthusiast, leaving a positive legacy and must be beneficial to local communities within these landscapes.
Since EOCA started in 2006, over €5 million has been committed to conservation, supporting more than 180 projects in 65 countries around the world.
