How did you become involved in EOCA: Through La Sportiva’s support for EOCA and my role leading strategy and sustainability. Living in the Dolomites, protecting the natural places we enjoy feels very personal. Joining EOCA is an opportunity to contribute my experience and help turn our industry’s shared commitment into practical conservation action.
Number of years in the outdoor industry: 5+ years, including my work advising sporting goods companies before joining La Sportiva.
What else do you do to support conservation: Through my work at La Sportiva, I help integrate sustainability into our long-term strategy and business decisions. I believe outdoor brands have an opportunity – and a responsibility – to encourage people to care for the places they explore.
Favourite outdoor activity: Hard to choose! Biking, climbing and ski touring, depending on the season.
Favourite wild place: The Dolomites - my home, and a place I never tire of exploring, especially the (few) quieter corners that still feel wild.
Perfect day: An early start for a day in the mountains, exploring a trail or climbing route with good company, followed by a good Radler together.
