Boots, Boats, Baselayer, Blinkers BoFs and Blogs for Conservation!

The European Outdoor Conservation Association (EOCA) is delighted to announce another 6 new partners, each of whom have signed up to support conservation in the last 3 weeks!

Timberland Europe has not only become a fully paid up member of EOCA, but will be increasing its donation to conservation by putting money into local projects which its staff at its Lugano headquarters can take part in at the same time. Having been members in a previous life, sock and baselayer producers Smartwool have joined up again and mastermind of the Britain on Foot (BoF) campaign to get more people active outdoors the Outdoor Industries Association, the UK trade association for the outdoor industry, has joined EOCA as a trade partner.

Finland based trekking and sea kayaking company Moln Ltd is the first specialised travel agency to become a member of EOCA and is excited about their new partnership, “We are delighted to join EOCA. ” explains owner Roope Roine, “We spend all of our time taking customers out into the great outdoors and have seen first hand the damage that humans can inflict on the environment. For us, being part of an organisation seeking to address these issues is vitally important.”
